lovers

they like to float in each others mind

the spider and the dog

I found myself somewhere inside on ground level

the windows were open
and I wrote poems

people stood outside
I closed the window and smiled.

relaxed I jumped back into bed

a black dog stood outside another window

I let him in

I never saw his eyes

all I could think of was how to avoid him

exhausted I let go and fell from the ceiling into his open mouth

and he bit me

after a while I realized the bites did not kill me

I let him continue

my body got used to his bites
and the marks vanished

the Spider smiled

you let him in, and then you tried to escape

your anxiety made your mind seem harmful
and now you know it is not.

she let him out of the front door

I went back

and I opened the windows

stir the oceans

go stir the oceans
and let the rain fall where there is drought in us

Silence

The wonder makes me wonder

to wonder
makes the wonder
distant

stop wondering
you tell me

as I wonder
the glassy wall grows thicker

until my heart breaks in two

now I see

to wonder is noise
and silence
is a place where wonders can be

black cockatoo

before the storm
she shows me
a red thread
left to follow

they are old
the flocks are gone
the lonely screem reminds me

it will lead us out of this Labyrinth

Plastic tree

Plastic tree
you are melancholic

and now I see

my dream is life
and this life
sometimes only a dream

save the planet

why the distance
your feet so thoroughly grounded
on this planet

save your deepest self
and the planet will follow
